MY MILITARY BACKGROUND
I served in the United States Marine Corps from 2003-2008.
I went to boot camp in not bad, but not good shape. After getting the special attention of the drill instructors for those 3 months, I graduated by being able to meet the physical requirements. Throughout my 5 years of service, including tours in Iraq and Japan, I always trained to keep myself as fit as needed to meet the requirements, and found the exercises that worked the best to keep me in top shape for the tests that the Marine Corps presented.

Joe researched the standards for my fitness tests and helped me surpass them. I went from 1 pull-up and 10 pushups to passing tests for multiple military academies. Thanks to Joe’s training and guidance, I recently earned maximum scores in 2 events, and performed above standards for all other events in the Army Combat Fitness Test at the United States Military Academy.
